- A man meets another man in a bathroom. When resisting, the stronger man pins him against the wall and spits into his hand while stripping the other man. It is heavily implied that he was raped.
- A regular location of the show is the 'Peach Pussycat', a stripper joint.
Violence & Gore

- Violence is fairly mild in the show during early episodes. The show becomes more dark and violent after episode seven.
- Several women are beat or punched on-screen and off-screen throughout the show.
- The show features some murders where several deceased bodies are occasionally shown but nothing gruesome.
- A few fist fights.
- We witness a murder with a man being stabbed repeatedly.
- We witness a man shot in the head, blood splatters on a man's face and wall. The dead man falls onto the ground with a pool of blood. We watch as he is shot multiple times in the back of his head with blood splatter each time.
- Two men are initially shot off-camera. One is seen dead with blood around his body and the other is coughing up blood. Later, we watch the murder conspire. A man is shot in the head, with blood splatter and spitting up blood. The other man is shot in the hand and two times in the chest, blood splatter each time but the hand scene is much more graphic.
- A woman is punched several times and dragged.
- A gun fight occurs near the end of the show.
- A man repeatedly stabs the end of a shovel into a woman's neck, not shown directly.

- Very minimum on TV, but the uncensored home media version has more and harsher language that includes fuck (including motherfucker), shit, god damn, etc.

- Manson beats his mother and forces her to take four hits of very strong LSD. He tells all his male followers to have their way with her before his friend whores her out for money.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- LSD is taken during four times, three which are prolonged scenes, showing the positive visuals and negative 'bad trip' effects of the psychedelic drug. The second time, Manson forces all his followers to take two hits of strong LSD to discipline them, several of them are seen frightened. The third features a man who is tricked into taking it, where we see through his eyes all the similar effects. The fourth shows Manson forcing his mother to take four hits of LSD before letting all the men followers to have their way with her and whore her out afterwards for money.
