They're usually cuts and scratches on the hands and the backs of the forearms which a victim receives while fighting off an attacker. It's literally not possible to conclude there are no defensive wounds on a fully-clothed victim which you haven't even touched yet.

Around 34m, there's a couple with the female dragging her case ahead of Martin. A few seconds later, when Martin talks to his chauffeur, the couple is behind Martin. There's also a woman in a flight attendant's uniform who has remained in place for seconds even though she's in motion.
