- Sex video on cell phone is shown to monster, asking if he knows where babies come from. Woman takes him to a hotel room to teach him how to have sex. She strokes his upper thigh. He then showers. She waits on the bed in bra and panties. When she sees his diseased body, she tries to leave but it goes badly. He is fully nude but has no genitalia.

Violence & Gore
- The blood and gore is severe. A doctor cuts into the monster's head and there is blood. Then the monster attacks the doctor with the same saw and we see lots of blood and the doctor's brain. Both people are covered with lots of blood eventually.
- Another time the monster is beaten by a large group of people with bats and other blunt objects. They also drag him behind a tractor. It is violent and disturbing.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The monster kills many people, usually in very intense and violent ways. The monster is frequently abused, beaten, and tortured. This is very intense and could be considered frightening to some more sensitive people.
- A dog is killed on screen. Blood is visible, as is a shot of the dying dog struggling to breathe. Very disturbing.
