- Some weird mice people in the wall jump out and assault Alfred. They are wearing short shorts at first, but then are naked. They proceed to have intercourse, molest Alfred, and vomit all over each other. Disturbing and bizarre.

- This entire show, despite being animated, is incredibly disturbing, unsettling, and hard to watch. It revolves around a young (dog?) named Alfred who has obviously experienced frequent sexual abuse. There are scenes of sodomy, self harm, and delusions filled with horrible visuals.
- Some people who suffer from trauma believe this show is accurate and powerful, others feel it is offensive and is making a joke out of PTSD and trauma.

- Alfred has a flashback where it's implied that he gets sexually assaulted by his owner with a popsicle. After the flashback, Alfred screams and rolls on the ground with his mouth foaming and flashing images on the screen.
Violence & Gore
- At the end Dictator Pickles, Alfred's alternate personality, takes over his body and leaves him in the Playhouse. He wakes up covered in blood and it's implied that he kills the mailman tied up at his house.
