When Luke tells Jessica he wants to hire her, she tries to refer him to Angela Del Toro. In comic books, Angela del Toro is the heroine White Tiger and she was also created by Brian Michael Bendis who also created Jessica Jones. Del Toro is the niece of the original White Tiger, Hector Ayala and the fourth character to use the name White Tiger.
Malcolm assures Jessica that Kilgrave's powers can't be magical in nature, defending his comments saying, "The same way I know that elves don't exist." As Jessica Jones (2015) seems to take place some time after The Avengers (2012), it would make sense that Malcolm is unaware of the existence of Dark Elves and their attack on London in Thor: The Dark World (2013). Also, apart from Captain America, Falcon, and members of HYDRA, no one is yet aware of the existence of Dr. Stephen Strange or his magical abilities.
In the scene where Jessica and Luke are searching for Antonie, Luke says his catchphrase, "Sweet Christmas". In that same scene when the guard dogs arrive, Luke says he'll handle the dogs as sharp teeth are his specialty. This is a reference to Cottonmouth, a character who has sharpened teeth and is one of Luke Cage's antagonist in his comics.
While investigating Antoine's disappearance, Jessica and Luke run into a group of thugs outside Antoine's house. After a short negotiation with their leader, Jessica refers to him as "Carl Icahn". Carl Icahn is a Wall Street businessman who unsuccessfully tried to gain control over Marvel in 1997, when the company was on the brink of bankruptcy.
