The battle that Meredith and Derek have at the end is so incredibly realistic & well acted. The sad thing is that we humans really are that cruel to each other even those we love the most. Sometimes it like we hurt someone to prove that they will hurt us.

This Episode begins with Maggie and Derek, they have a brawl about a brain patient. Stephanie sees that there is something wrong with April her baby. Jordan fell on his head, he has a heavy bleeding on his head. Amelia discovered that Herman has a brain tumor. Maggie and Meredith perform Holly's surgery, it was successful. Arizona tells Herman that April her baby could have fragile bones. Richard and Maggie are slowly getting along. Amelia thinks that she can she Herman's life. Meredith tells Derek that he has to take the job in Washington. Derek decided to take the job. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 11, many emotions in this Episode. Derek chose for the job in Washington, will Meredith end up alone in Seattle?
