The fact that the plot of the short film takes place in the studio of a painter inspired Sergi Rubió to shoot in a natural location, in other words in the studio of a real painter. He chose the workspace of the artist Josep Madaula, a painter based in the town of Sabadell; author of all the paintings which appear in the film, including the one supposedly painted by the protagonist.
Sergi Rubió hope to work, again and again, with both protagonists of this short film: Oscar Sánchez Oliva and Aina de Cos, if for no other reason than the incredible chemistry he saw between them, not to mention the beauty of their facial features when working in front of the camera. Not only that, he can see them teaming up to work together in the future due to how well their features match; even going so far as to compare them to Gregory Peck and Ingrid Bergman.
The short film itself is a visual treatment of the studio where the painter Josep Madaula spends his time working, a studio located in his very home. During mealtimes, while the cast and crew enjoyed the catering, while Madaula was in his dining room eating with his family among whom was his son, the actor Jaume Madaula who, that same year would make his cinematic debut, also while working with Sergi Rubió in the short film titled Madison Class of '64 (2006).
