(290-word review) This episode seemed scattered for the most part. Some scenes and the editing/structure gave the impression of being tossed in. And again, hardly anything felt substantial: and again, that didn't matter all that much to me, as I still enjoyed it, but that was the most obvious it's been; it was right in your face this time, so I'd be surprised if people found this episode to be one of their most enjoyed ones yet.

Despite that, three things of importance occurred; more like snuck-in, the thing with Zilpha, the ship, and the ending. The first was predictable; it was going to happen eventually, and the previous episode told you it'd likely happen in this one, which it did. The second was a little shocking; James is at his most vulnerable now, things are starting to look dire, and we're seeing a more "human" and emotionally expressive side of him because of it. The third was by far the most shocking: and well-staged, given James' current state of mind and the same way he goes about it.

Off the top of my head, those three things were all that "happened" in this episode; I guess there was a purpose behind everything else, but it was either (a) not as exciting or (b) didn't go anywhere since that's for the next episode. The biggest takeaway would be that things have gotten dire and gone sour, which adds to the suspense.

'Boring' would be a word that this episode would be the most deserving of every episode so far; to me, not much happened, the most out of every previous one, lowering the possibility of excitement. But the three things I mentioned contained enough, so not all of it was boring.
