- While every episode of this show contains some disturbing elements, Part 14 puts a greater emphasis on them and has some very scary, surreal scenes and images, particularly a struggling, nude eyeless woman and an odd, imprisoned drunk with a severe issue dealing with his mouth and mental state (the latter character does provide some dark humor, but is still genuinely frightening).

- In a surreal sequence, Sarah Palmer bites a chunk of a man's neck off after he harasses her. The action isn't seen clearly, but the wound is seen clearly for a few seconds with blood spewing out of the wound and gurgling noises before he falls and dies.
