In 1970, the Malick brothers are summoned to meet with Daniel Whitehall in prison. But Whitehall did not take on this name until after he was released by order of Alexander Pierce in 1989. In 1970 he was still known by his birth-name, Werner Reinhardt.
The Dutch town of Schoonebeek really is home to of the largest onshore oil field in Europe, but the name on the S.H.I.E.L.D. computer screen is misspelled as 'Schoonbeek', which is a completely different town in Belgium. However, Fitz seems to be talking about the right town as he pronounces the extra 'e' in the middle of Schoonebeek.
In the exterior mansion shot set in 1970, the car that is leaving at the beginning is a 1978 Lincoln Town Car.
