- There are a couple of sex references, mostly about cheating, or someone sleeping with someone. Nothing graphic.
- A sex scene, it is dark, and the couple are under covers. Thrusting and sexual noises, but not nudity of either male or female. The man is in his underwear for the rest of the scene afterward, and the female is covered by the covers.

- There are quite a few intense scenes. Since the show revolves around a man trying to fool a lot of people, with his brother in serious peril if he does not succeed. The villain often makes threats, and has the main character under constant time pressure.

- There're some fist fights, and a couple of shootings (often from a distance). One knifing (you don't see the knife penetrate the skin). A couple of scenes depicting digits being cut off.
