Today is a very sad day as we've just learned that the current Riverdale Fred Andrews and former Beverly Hills 90210 Dylan McKay star Luke Perry did not recover from the massive stroke that he suffered this past Wednesday morning, February 27, 2019. According to the folks over at TMZ, Luke sadly passed away earlier today, March 4, 2019 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Burbank, California. TMZ was able to get some information from Luke's rep. The rep told them that Luke was surrounded by his children Jack and Sophie, fiance Wendy Madison Bauer, ex-wife Minnie Sharp, mother Ann Bennett, step-father Steve Bennett, brother Tom Perry, sister Amy Coder, and other close family and friends. A representative for the actor said that he “is currently under observation at the hospital.” Exact details about his condition remain unknown.
TMZ first reported the news, saying paramedics responded a call from Perry’s home Wednesday morning. At the time, officials would not confirm that the person was Perry, though they did say one person was transported to the hospital.

The Chicago native first broke out on TV with a five episode-guest starring role on Fox’s Prison Break and soon followed with a starring role in the Walt Disney feature Prom. On CW’s The Originals she starred as New Orleans-born witch Davina Claire for 68 episodes. Other TV roles include Harper Tate on Freeform’s Famous In Love, and The CW’s high school football drama All American.
On the film side, Campbell’s credits include Ghost Light, Race To Win, F The Prom, American Pets and Miranda Bailey’s You Can Choose Your Family opposite Jim Gaffigan which premiered at SXSW last year.
Campbell continues to be repped by Luber Roklin Entertainment, Industry Entertainment and Erik Hyman at Paul Hastings.
