The story of Zero concludes as the boys finally capture the noisy bandit. The citizens of Mucho Loma will be able to sleep again. Bullwinkle shows consummate unbridled in this episode. The Fractured Fairy Tale this time is "Androcles and the Lion," where we find out that an empty stomach is an empty stomach. Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties "Mountie Without a Horse." Dudley accidentally gets a cow instead of a horse and then must pass inspection.
