Wow! I loved this little indie gem of a film. It totally caught me off guard. The story is about a couple who meet somewhat by accident. He's recently lost his sight, and she's been deaf since birth. At first it's just the two of them helping each other out. But you can certainly sense a great deal of chemistry between the two. They're both smart, sweet, and have a great sense of humor.
She starts dating a young Hollywood actor. But you know the two are destined to get together. There are some very funny scenes. One of my favorites is the crazy afternoon and evening they spend with his parents for Christmas.
I read somewhere that this is the first film starring two people with actual disabilities. After seeing this wonderful film, I sure wish there were more of them. I highly recommend this movie. Bravo to everyone involved. I just wish it would get more exposure.
