This show is amazing

How can I be the first one reviewing it? I've just watched all five episodes and this show is so good. The cast is so strong, the writing is so thoughtful, unexpected and touching. SO worth your time, in fact, it's not long enough. Also, Brian Jordan Alvarez is maybe the hottest person on earth? Hope we see more from BJA soon

This needs to become a Netflix show ASAP

I'd noticed TGAWLoCG floating around YouTube since it's 2016 release and only decided to give is a watch last night. Cue NON-STOP LAUGHS.

The length of these 15min episodes creates a storyline with cracking pace, eliminating dull moments ans ensuring another gag never more then a few moments away.

The cast are a talented bunch of comedians, with Jonathan Ebeling (Billy), Antonio Marziale (Benicio) and series creator Alvarez (Caleb) bringing turn-on-a-dime pathos that, elevates this show from just another web-series to genuine artistic production.

A special mention also goes to Jason Greene's turn as Aunt Freckle - a true new character - that will surely become an cultural icon in the coming years if the characters social media presence is anything to go by.

Perhaps what is most interesting about this show is that it dialogue and storyline both reflects realism and hyper-realism present in technological age. The series has really captured the irreverent nature of the current zeitgeist; one of gender fluidity, open emotions and immediacy.

Surely Alvarez has already pitched the show to Netflix (it did come out 3 years ago) but I really do hope it gets a revisit from the powers that be. It's a joyful show.

Hyperaware Post-Queer Dramedy. 7.5

This series a whimsical, fresh, abstract, down to earth, rush.

Seemingly contradictory, but it works. It's authentic even when being outlandish.

It captures the mundane but also the psychic fibers of life that connect us all.

It's Post-Queer. It's fluid and free. It's solidifies queer social progress and reminds us that it was never queer in the first place but our original natures.

Brian Jordan Alvarez and Jason Greene really anchor the film with their fresh honest acting and Antonio Marziale ethereal presence makes this a guilty pleasure that deserves a few re-watches.

AMAZING SHOW

This is first class material. Wonderful cast, touching and modern history and so deliciously confusing and human as life itself. Leaves a taste of wanting more after the five brilliant episodes. Brian Jordan Alvarez, the author and lead role, is a name to remember as so as are the very talented - and hot - Antonio Marziale, as Benicio (decided to see the show after being blasted by him on Netflix movie Alex Stangelove), and Jonathan Ebeling, as Billy. These both are for me the most interesting characters in the show, Billy and his non admited but cute fluid sexuality and Benicio and his super cool approach to gender. A must see.

Weird but fun

This is really worth a watch for some non-mainstream pan-sexual fun humour. Freckle is a great character and I'm looking forward to more episodes or new projects
