- A character trips and falls in revealing positions, anything explicit is covered but could be seen as to explicit for some viewers.
- One character is a pervert and attempts several times to trick girls and even guys alike into pleasuring him.
- One character constantly bullies another and constantly calls her degrading names like slut, whore, skank, etc.
- There are a lot of sexual comments that are mostly used as comedic effect. An example on this is when a female character at one point says: "If you got penetrated by something so big and thick you would die instantly" followed my a male character responding with: "Ah say it one more time. I need to record it, for reasons.."
- A man tries to trick a girl to suck his loin
- A lot of innuendo, expected from a game about a group of older teens. All of the characters in this game are over the age of 18, and it is specified later in the game.
- The game opens with a scene of several of the students in black school swimsuits provided by the the game's bunny mascot.
Violence & Gore

- As expected of a murder mystery game, several murders take place. When the identity of the murderer is discovered, they are brutally executed. While arguably not as graphic as the first instalment, these scenes can be quite graphic and disturbing. Like the first game however, the color of the blood is pink.
- A character slices open their own stomach with a knife causing a massive pool of blood to drool from the wound. They survive this.
- All the blood in this game is pink, but it is still gruesome nonetheless.

- More frequent than the first game. Heavy uses of "fuck", "shit" (both used literally and as an insult) and "bitch". One character constantly bullies another by calling her a skank, slut and whore.

- It's stated that some of the main characters, before their memory wipe, committed acts of necrophillia on the corpse of the antagonist of the first game.
- Some of the female character explain how they've gotten sexually harassed and abused in their past.
- There's an unlockable scene where a male character gets to see two female characters washing each other. The scene is covered with steam but it's very explicit.
- There's an unlockable scene where the main character convinces another character to sneak on a boy and a girl doing "it". They hear moaning but they discover she's actually just receiving a normal massage.
- Three female characters are seen clad in bikinis with a fourth in a wetsuit.
Violence & Gore
- A character is stabbed from underneath the floorboards ten times with a skewer. We don't see the action occur; only the aftermath. The victim is facedown, so we don't see any of the stab wounds.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- At one point, the characters are locked in a building for several days without food and are forced to kill someone in order to leave, before they starve to death.
- Chapter 5's murder is extremely brutal with severe amounts of torture wounds. It is later revealed these were all self inflicted in an attempt to get the students to guess the culprit wrong and be executed. An image is briefly shown of the victim self-inflicting said wounds.
- It's revealed at the end of the game that the characters were all originally part of the group brainwashed by the first games antagonist who cased the end of the world. Performing such acts such as Mass Genocide, torture experiments on their own parents, forcing people to commit suicide and after the death of their leader; self-mutilation, implantation of the remains of their leader into their own body and necrophillia.
