Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • Moderate violence includes several flashbacks to a murder in which a man is stabbed and there is some blood on his shirt as the knife is pulled out.
  • Moderate injury detail includes blood coming from the noses of the dead bodies of people who have been killed by overdosing on a new drug, and blood all over the face of a man who has died after being pushed through a window.

Profanity

  • There is also some very mild bad language, including 'what the hell', 'oh my God' and 'damn it'.
  • There are several uses of the discriminatory term 'retard'.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Several scenes of drug misuse, in the context of a villain illegally testing a new drug on human subjects.
  • The drug is a fictitious substance which people either suck up through a straw or inject.
  • There are very clearly negative consequences from taking it, and most of the test subjects are killed.
  • There are also scenes in which it is implied that a negative character is smoking a joint.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Moderate threat as a man experiences hallucinations, including a ghostly woman appearing on his computer and TV screens and a voice telling him to kill himself. However, he is determined to ignore the voice and find a way to stop it without harming himself.
