Good but simply not Berserk
Nikostrange30 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
The Game covers a lot of what the Berserk Manga hast to offer, like the Golden Age Arc and some other following the story of Guts. It depicts the Golden Age Arc the best, showing scenes from the three movies that covered The Golden Age Arc from Berserk.

Before I talk about what I dislike let me first mention what I liked about the game.

-Gameplay -Character selection -Endless mode

Now let me mention what I dislike about the game.

Even though the gameplay is very good it just doesn't fit the Berserk World at all. For instance, in the middle of the second part of the Golden Age Arc Guts is known as the 100 Man Slayer. In the manga the number seems very high but in the game it isn't at all. Even in the first couple of missions you can kill 1.000 of people as Guts.

Don't get me wrong, the gameplay for Guts and all of the other Characters is very amazing but simply doesn't really fit them.

Story: 100/10(R. I. P. Miura) Gameplay: 8/10(could get repetitive) Graphics: 8/10 Music: 6.5/10 Difficulty: 4/10(depends on how you play) Level Design: 6/10(The Eclipse is great though) Overall Enjoyment: 7/10.

Going Berserk.

Honest to god, a hidden gem. This game is fantastic, and is absolutely prefect for Berserk fans. It's gripping and exciting, the kills rack up into the hundred thousands and I'm all here for it. It's addicting, and exhilarating. It's almost as perfect as you can get, with minor bumps here and there the game is no perfect adaptation, but it's still an amazing game that should genuinely be recommended to more strugglers.
