Dave Chappelle has slated his next Netflix stand-up special, the streamer announced on Friday. “Dave Chappelle: Equanimity” will premiere this New Year’s Eve, Sunday Dec. 31, 2017. The announcement was made with a teaser video inserting Chappelle into a scene from Netflix’s hit sci-fi series “Stranger Things.” This marks the comedian’s third stand-up special for Netflix this year, following “The Age of Spin: Dave Chappelle Live at the Hollywood Palladium” and “Deep in the Heart of Texas: Dave Chappelle Live at Austin City Limits,” both of which premiered in March.
