Bill Pullman would not have a stroke on our watch...
hamidullahgenc3 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The tension escalates, as the detective Harry Ambrose digs deeper. Cora Tannetti's got to hang tight, feeling not tempted to take the hasty deal of the newly arrived appointed detective Ms. Farmer; so has the Tanetti family, as J.D. and his seemingly perverted friends of a higher community centered around a private property have a plan in motion involving help from above. Above... Not Holy. (Possible involvement of the high ranking officials in various number of fields... such as law...) So, Mr. Bill Pullman and Ms. Jessica Biel continues to shine... (though sometimes there is a lack of concentration on their end that's felt. Maybe edits of those scenes were not that good?..) But the thing that captured my attention best is that the cast performs it like it is an ordinary case with real-like people. It even reminded me, at times, of the show Atlanta. Yes. Dawg... (Not cool.) Here is a Verse of a culture other than mine: "When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence." Bible > Deuteronomy > Chapter 22 > Verse 8. Let's not keep anyone on the roof, about to fall... to murder.

Things Are Moving, but in What Direction
Hitchcoc31 July 2023
The details of the efforts under hypnosis leads Ambrose to check out a certain location. He and his wife (who wants to be done with him) are out in a woods. Harry begins to walk away from her. Why he can't answer her when she calls him, I don't know). He goes down a slope and sees the wreckage of a school bus. He looks around and find a spot where mushrooms have sprouted (there are no others around). He is suspicious and calls in the forensics team. They find a body. It doesn't matter that he was responsible for the discovery and that Cora's memory led him there, they now begin to accuse her of another murder. We are now made privy to Cora and her very sick sister, as they plot to leave and set up a normal life, away from their crazy mother and two timing father.

Ahother filler episode with shocking details
martenhenrichson27 April 2021
How low can a good series star descend? The episode doesn't bring anything real and new to the table. It only tries to shock the viewer with more gore details in a most cheap way with the characters descriptions already presented in previous episodes. Clearly written for uintelligent with a deep need for underlining the obvious. Shame on you!

Slow episode
jimmietee14 December 2021
The actress playing Cora is overextended. Just doesn't have the acting chops to get this role. The episode is predictable. The main character Ambrose, is perfect for a very slow episode. Overall they could have taken 10 minutes from this one and added it to another and ended up with the same dramatic impact.
