- Late at night, adult adopted male/female siblings are shown passionately kissing before entering his apartment, presumably to have sex. They are secretly observed outside by their brother.
- Mother enters another daughter's apartment to find strange man sleeping in her bed. We assume he is the daughter's lover.
- Lace underwear found on floor of the study by wife. Wife confronts her reclining husband, who is straddled by female staff member in her bedroom in a slip. Fully dressed, he sits up, zips up and walks out.
- Mother tells adopted adult son he is actually the son of their kitchen maid, presumably by the mother's husband.
