Seth Adam, Anthony Goff, Roel Garza, Jeremiah Edward Hobbs, and quite a few other members of the crew had watched Harmony Korine's "Spring Breakers" just a couple weeks before. The film was constantly quoted and referenced to throughout production for "The Skin." It drove some crew members mad and tickled the funny bone of others.
Jeremiah Edward Hobbs helped the film during pre-production stage: he sorted out the budget and helped design the production days, all organized in his blue binder he still has to this day. He also helped write the Indiegogo and Kickstarter fundraising campaigns. When production began, he stepped back from production producer duties and filmed the entire production, downfalls and uplifts, for a documentary titled 'Voyage to Cinema: The Making of a Short Movie.' Unfortunately, his computer's hard drive malfunctioned and all the footage was lost to time. The anger and depression caused by this FUBAR event will haunt him forever, and he now always promotes saving extra copies of your work in various hard drives and memory banks.
