Simply The Best

David's rendition of Tina Turner's Simply The Best was gold. Enough said.

Best Episode of the Series So Far
RokuGirl16 April 2018
Season 4 Schitt's Creek has been amazing. The characters have grown so much this year and the depth of which they are portrayed makes this one of the most underrated shows on right now. The humor has been on point every episode and the actors have nailed every scene. But the best part of the season has been the developing relationship between David and Patrick and this episode embodies every ounce of the tingles one gets when falling in love for the first time. Everything about the final scene is utter perfection.

The Levy Boys Have Nailed it Again
icanbeaghost1 June 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I wrote about how great "Open Mic" was and as this episode exhibits similar parallels, here I am again. As I said before, Schitt's Creek is a diamond in the rough if there ever was one and I cannot express how much I adore it. This sort of real, raw emotion is a rarity in a basic cable package. But what really gets me is the heart, which doesn't seem to be diminishing, only growing bigger! Season 4 has been jam packed with action and emotion, the latter being my Kryptonite. I'm a huge film buff (with eclectic, yet slightly picky, tastes) and anything that can leave me with a big, sloppy smile on my face after it's over is darn worth it. Case in point, the "olive branch" given by David, which was the perfect compliment to Patrick's previous grand gesture. The relationship between these two has this innocent, teenage-like quality to it and it's beautiful. I cannot wait for season 4 to come to Netflix so I can re watch every thought provoking, tender moment and feel all warm and fuzzy inside all over again. Oh, did I mention the much anticipated negotiation talks between Alexis and Ted? Oh wait... That comes later. Perhaps I should go discuss that in the correct place. I'm a hopeless romantic, what can I say?! All in all, this was the perfect follow up episode with the perfect ending and there is still so much potential! Can't wait to see where they take it next.

Best series and best episode!

This show never dissapoints. The last scene where David dances and sings to Patrick was absolutely the best! I could not be more in love with him.

Relationship Goals!!!!

Warning: Spoilers
I started watching Schitts Creek on IMDBtv last year and I have rewatched the series over and over. I get so giddy when certain episodes come on but more so with this episode. Patrick's rendition in the "Open Mic" episode touched my soul, but David's lip syncing and dance to Simply the Best in this episodes brings me to the happiest tears ever!! The facial expressions while he performs his olive branch for Patrick just tells you how much he is in love with him.

Now can someone please add season 6 to their roster so I can finish the series and finally see the wedding I have been waiting what feels like forever for??!!!

This episode was amazing!!! It shows the true meaning of love! When David "sings" to Patrick and doesn't care if anyone is watching, it's an awesome demonstration of his true love!!!

What a Production!!!

I knew nothing of the Levy family, other than Eugene, until Schitt's Creek came along. The incredible chemistry that has developed between David and Patrick as they expose themselves to reality, are as well propagate as anything I have seen. The fourth season may go down as one of the major highlights in the history of television. The language and the comedic acting are so incredible. I didn't even mention the efforts by Alexis to ply her new career by creating a date night motif. Excellent.

Absolutely the best yet. I was crying, giggling and my heart wanted to burst. How many times did Noah lose it?

Laughed so hard, even cried a little!
What a brilliant episode ... love, love, love the direction this is heading, it was just a flat out 10/10 from me, so much to love about it but I won't spoil anything for viewers ... just enjoy!

This show has certainly been a revelation for me and it gives me such a belly laugh, it makes the sad and angry world we currently live in a bit more bearable.

What more can I say to get rid of the 600 character error message at the button if this review, surely I must be there be now or not?! Alas I have to keep going as I'm still not there yet apparently, who knew 600 characters could be so long, in fact I'd really like to see where I'm up to but hey, whose got time to count every letter they are adding to a review they thought they could leave without having to write a novel ... are we there yet?!

Getting Back Together, Makeup, New Company
vivianla11 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Alexis prints out her diploma that has a typo. It says pubic relations for her minor.

I love the see-through blue dress she wears with a black bra and shorts underneath Alexis wears.

Johnny gives Stevie makeup as an employee of the month gift.

Alexis sets up her little office with a brown long desk against a wall and her diploma right above it on the wall.

Stevie wears too much makeup to show Johnny maybe makeup was not a good gift choice.

David gets back with Patrick and does a performance with a Tina Turner song. Patrick sits on a chair enjoying David lip syncing.
