I loved the portrait of lawyer offered by James Westerfield. And the Kafka s atmosphere. And the fair music.

Being one of my favorit short stories, Bartleby , the scrivener by Herman Melville rmains always provocative and seductive not only for literary virtues, but especially for realism. This realism represents the basic point for discover in each adaptation. The text is obvious generous and it pretends a rich tools of work. In this case, all is fair and the perspective about young Bartleby is precise , correct and fair.

Patrick Campbell uses the inspired minimalism for offer the portrait of his character and it reminds one of Victorian portraits of young students .
