This is a very good episode. The symbolism of Vera losing the upper hand as Harry threatens to expose her. He stands while she sits. The story is a remarkable one where a single man manages to play a group of down and out people and get their implicit trust. Very much like the Manson gang. It is soon revealed that a young woman died because she didn't follow that jerk's wishes. He is in the wind. Or is he? Harry discovers photos put together by a private detective, hired to follow him. He confronts the big man and has him by the short hairs. For now, Harry only asks that Julian's sentence gets reduced and he be put back in foster care. But the end of the episode has some stark implications.
