I waited two weeks for this episode only to find myself asleep before the first advert break. I've since watched the whole thing and I'm less than impressed.
As others have pointed out, it's centred around PC culture again, though I don't necessarily see that as the issue with the episode. Ten years ago, South Park would have ruthlessly annihilated the insane elements of the society we're living in today, but this show, along with everything else, has fallen victim to the sort of progression being referenced in this episode.
When it comes to this particular topic, Instead of ridiculing it, it's almost as if they're just affirming that these people exist.. They should either attack the issue or completely leave it alone, because glorifying these characters with arcs and excessive screen time in a non-demeaning fashion doesn't seem to interest many people.
I hate to say it, but as a longtime fan, I wouldn't mind if the show was to end after this season.
