Inside Out

Warning: Spoilers
They couldn't even give us one episode of Pride in the hospital? They just time jump for him to be out.

It was an okay episode with some cool villains, but right now the show is already getting too formulaic and too predictable.

Warning: Spoilers
So said to see the unreel plot in this season, its like there are new writers involved. btwSPOILER ALERT. After my review about the first episode of this season, I hoped it was a one off failure but here it goes on and on. First the replacement chief of Pride just walks into the building, not stopped by any guard or security. So strange why the bad guys gain acces thru the roof abseiling to the ground instead of using the same wide open front door is beyond me but now I'm jumping ahead. So she walks in thru the wide open front door, looks around, starts answering the phone, assuring local police she sending confidential files. Sebastian walks in and instead of pulling out his gun securing this unknown person, he's taking orders and let himself put to work. His college comes in asking him about that and all he says is 'I don't know'. Then she's starts inquiring who the other is and what she does there, again instead of pulling out her gun and securing the room. Then the introduction follows by Pride, who happens to bring some pastries around. In the same breath he decides to pitch in cutting some red tape. Earlier on the street with his daughter he showed his feeble heart condition, since minimum excitement runs up his heartbeat considerably. So no fit for duty. All within month of his triple gunshots to the chest, 3 min clinically death, and consecutive heart surgery to remove a bullit fragment near the aorta, which requires stopping the heart and connect to a heart long machine for life support. Minimum recovery 6 month but 12 month to get back in the same chape you were before. SO WHAT IS HE DOING THERE. So he says its a minor supportive desk job, no physical strain. Yeh, right. But what happens in a couple of days?? Yes, he is part of an assault action, arresting highly trained para military suspects. This is when we say in Holland, now breaks my wooden shoe. What do the producers take us for, idiots? And that's beside his new gained ability to know if he's gonna die in a life or death situation. My plea to the producers: get back to reality!!!

Strike Out

So many syndicated shows get user ratings of 7.5-8.5/10 stars from about 250 IMDb users who bother to rate the episodes that It has to be a conspiracy. Some episodes are totally trashed by in user reviews.

Even after poor casting changes on this show NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Hawaii Five-O (which devolved into the Chi McBride- Ian Anthony Dale hour) and the decline in writing quality, lousy episodes are still rated 7.5 and up.

So now Percy (Shalita Grant) is out, Khoury (Necar Zadegan) is in. I've tried to get used to Khoury, hoping some chemistry would develop but it just hasn't happened. At least the badly acted Angel/Megan Sutter (Amy Rutger) character is out of this episode.

Still badly written. We can accept Pride returning to work before he's well, BUT

Warning: Spoilers
Super expert military team cracks into NCIS NO, and then are magically wrapped up and caught in 5 minutes. Why can't this show have decent writers? Skip this junk.

Getting old!!
Marynewcomb201331 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The writing on this has gotten old beginning with the final three episodes of season four!! Targeting the team and the brackish in to their headquarters to blow it up was completely ridiculous!! Loretta finding the breaker box in a building she knows nothing about is very far fetched!! The bad guys knowing where everything crucial in NCIS headquarters was located was very unbelievable as well!! They would have to have access to the layout and a government building like that would be hard as can be to get without inside help!!

They needed to get back to the writing they had in the first two, three seasons when they are going after the bad guys the way they did!!
