This looks at the Boston Marathon bombing of 2013 in which it clearly shows this was not a 'real' event - but simply a mock event, with pyrotechnics for an explosion, and crisis actors playing the victims.
The main evidence is from two camera locations high up in nearby buildings which oversaw the event taking place. Mainly stills are used - with some video.
While a casual observer may not agree with some of the fine details mentioned - the overall effect is clear to see - that this is not a real event. Sure in the video - you do see that the flags wave in the wind, at the time of the pyrotechnics was lit - but you do not see nearby windows that should have been broken - had it been a real explosion - nor of a 'crater' area where someone lost their legs? There is the absence of a lot of blood loss there.
That Obama did not question the lie - shows how little Presidents do know of major events. Also why do the mass media not question the anomalies present - which indicate this was not a real event/
