Simply the best

This is simply the best program that I have ever seen on television.

I was very fortunate to be able to see it twice -- the first time on CBC, without the patronizing PBS prefaces by Robert MacNeil to explain to us dimwitted Americans what it was all about.

Can anyone shed some light as to why this gem is not available on video?
