Blood Ties (1991)
Great Fun for Vamp Lovers!
I really think this movie presented night-time soap opera quality. It should have been made into a series. It shedded new light on the idea of vampyrs. The type in Blood Ties were born into darkness but, made choices on the direction of their being. If they kill or not. It also brought an interesting viewpoint of Lilith's nature and legend. She was said to be the first feminist. But, in Blood Ties she was also the birthing device of hell's children and the counterpart to slavic Dracula. I wish they would continue on this path with the subject of vampyrs.
Napoleon and Josephine: A Love Story (1987)
Passionate.
The series depicted the relationship between Josephine and Napoleon. His obsession for her. Their romance. It was beautifully acted and the photography is splendid. It has a soap opera quality less the fluff. Too bad it isn't available to view independently.
Illegal in Blue (1995)
Less sexy than Poison Ivy II
Tracy Dash plays a femme fox who murders her husband in coldblood. After plotting it for sometime and carrying it out she becomes the number one murder suspect. While the detective investigates her he also falls in love with her. The faulted-love-struck cop must now pick between his love or his oath of morality.
