Hitler: Germany's Fatal Attraction (2015)
One of the Best Objective documentary about Hitler
At the risk of being seen as a NAZI sympathiser I'm writing this as one the best documentary (3 x Episodes) that take an even handed approach to Hitler and his men who are perhaps some of the most hated people in recent history.
The documentary seeks to answer the question: How did Hitler, whose NAZI Party (National Socialist) never gained the votes of much more than a third of the German electorate in a free election, manage to win the support of the overwhelming majority of the German people?
Germans came, after January 1933, to support Hitler because of their belief that he had brought to an end the hardships of the Great Depression and the humiliations which the country had suffered at Versailles Armistice. Having fallen prey to his "fatal attraction," they were prepared, to support him in his goals of eliminating the Jews and establishing a German Empire with a population of 200 million. Thankfully this never came to pass, sadly many innocent people paid with their lives. I learned so much more from this documentary than any other I've watched. 10/10.
The Great Empire: Rome (1998)
Romulus and Remus to the rise of Christianity
Documentary traces the rise and fall of the Roman Empire from Romulus and Remus to the rise of Christianity. At its peak, the Roman Empire spread over three continents, from England to Egypt, across Western Europe, to Asia and the Middle East. For more than a thousand years, the Romans ruled the Western world, setting the standard for architecture, law and military might. Historians comment on key events and leaders in the Roman Empire timeline and discuss the lasting legacy the empire has had on the Western world.
The Great Empire Rome (4 Episodes) 1. The Republic of Rome 2. The age of Emperors 3. Building an empire 4. The enduring legacy
The Human Animal (1994)
Fantastic Documentary
This is one the best documentary ever made. This should be watched by all teenagers to get a good understanding of people behavior. it makes one feel part of nature, not "superior" or ruling nature. I enjoyed it very much.

100 Years of Olympic Glory (1996)
Best Olympic Documentary
This is excellent work and very engaging to watch even if you're not a sports fan. The old footage as well as the new ones are wonderful to watch. There is a lot of historical moments particularly in Athletics and swimming, my main interests. I rated it 10 out of 10.
Time Lapse (2001)
Pretty average acting, not worth it !
The story line might be interesting. But the acting is pretty awful. Not worth the renting money. It's surprising to see Roy Sheider in such an average movie. He's probably the only reason people would rent this movie. This movie is below average, I rated it 4 out of 10.
