Jonny Zero: Lost and Found (2005)
Season 1, Episode 7
10/10
Above Average Episode
25 December 2007
Warning: Spoilers
Great story and character development. After discovering this episode I taped 3 years ago, I again realize how original and entertaining the show JONNY ZERO was. Franky G played a good guy, Jonny Calvo, in tough MacGyver/Cop like-situations. "Lost & Found" wasn't any different.

A special episode of the series. Random discovers his roots ( he is half-Jewish), and Jonny gets sucked into working with his old boss, Garret, once again by the end of the episode, ditching his friend and boss at the Boxing house. Good action, music, and plot. Jason Cerbone (Jackie Aprile Jr from The Sopranos- Season 2 & 3) guest stars.

"Lost & Found" did poorly in the ratings basically due to Fox's lack of Promotion and Friday night line-up. If only JONNY ZERO was on a "24" night...there would have been a larger audience and a full season...

El cantante (2006)

EXCELLENT MOVIE!! I owe Marc & Jennifer $20.
6 August 2007
Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez were excellent in "El Cantate". They deserve lots of recognition (Oscar or Golden Globe would not be so bad either). I saw this movie the first night it was released, and it was sold-out due to the limited theater it opened up to. I had to buy tickets for another movie and sneak into that one. This film had a great soundtrack, good acting, and very interesting story about Hector Lavoe, which many new music fans will enjoy. The audience laughed, sang aloud, and cried. I just wish it was opened in more theaters to be in the Top 3 for the weekend. So now I owe Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez $20 next time I see them. =)

Wonder Woman (1975–1979)
Only Watch SEASON 2 on DVD
10 December 2005
"Return of Wonder Woman" is the best episode of THE NEW ADVENTURES OF WONDER WOMAN. Diana Prince arrives to present day, working with Steve Trevor Jr (Lyle Waggoner). The first 5 episodes of the season were the strongest. After that, CBS & the writers tried to revamp the show by having Steve Trevor promoted to Joe Atkinson's position and now is the one responsible for assigning Diana to her missions, rather than being her partner in them. This reduces the Steve Trevor character to minimal screen time. But the pluses are here: In "The Bermuda Triangle Crisis" & "Light Fingered Lady" we get to see another version of Wonder Woman's costume, the wet suit. "Knockout" was my favorite episode where Wonder Woman must use all her power to stop a terrorist group from kidnapping Steve. "Anschluss'77" & "The Man Who Could Move The World" are also two very strong episodes.

There is a reason why the show was canceled on CBS after Season 3. It was bad. Wonder Woman & Steve appear in maybe one scene together in about 4 episodes the entire Third Season. The only bearable episode is "Skateboard Wiz" with some great action. "The Boy Who Knew Her Secret" is not all that good like most Fans say. Steve Trevor should have found out her secret...not some boy. The show went too Sci-Fi. A preview of what could have been a bad Season 4 was "The Man Who Could Not Die" where Diana Prince moves to Los Angeles, with new cast members and no more Lyle Waggoner. Lynda Carter is excellent as Wonder Woman in this season as always, just as Christopher Reeve was excellent in the bad sequels Superman III & IV. If anybody loves WONDER WOMAN and wants to remember her at her best, enjoy the The Complete Second Season DVD Set.

How I Met Your Mother (2005–2014)
Every Character Is Funny
10 December 2005
HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER has to be the funniest, if not the Best Comedy in a long time. Bob Sagat telling the story to his teenage kids is fresh on his life before meeting his future wife. But each episode gets better and better. The greatest part is that every character is funny like on FRIENDS, from Ted to Marshall to Barney. It's an excellent cast with Neil Patrick Harris (Stark Raving Mad) and Alyson Hannigan (American Pie). Nice to see Bloopers/Outtakes on the Season One DVD Release. It's great to watch it after King Of Queens and I hope HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER stays on air for a long time, at least until they show Ted marrying his children's Mother!!

The King of Queens (1998–2007)
Best Of KING OF QUEENS was Season 3
10 December 2005
Second Season of KING OF QUEENS was good, but the 3rd Season is honestly the best of the series. Every episode is funny, from "Do Rico" to "Fatty McButterPants", all the way to "Pregnant Pause." The Third Season was probably the best in ratings too, along with many special guest stars (uncredited on the DVD) like Florence Henderson, Angelo Pagan (Leah Remini's Husband), Eric Roberts, Pat Sajak, Vanna White, Gavin MacLead, Dom Irrera, Ricki Lake, Lou Ferrigno, and the first episode with MADtv's Nicole Sullivan playing Marilyn, (10x funnier role than "Holly" in Seasons 4-8). "Paint Misbehavin'" features the last episode with the character "Richie", but this Season includes more of "Spence" & "Danny." If you want great comedy, watch KING OF QUEENS Season 3, and when you can love it you can watch the rest! I don't have to mention KEVIN JAMES, LEAH REMINI, or JERRY STILLER, because everyone already knows they are amazing...and make the show a hit. Seasons 4-7 were very weak, but now the 8th seems to be back to their original comedy, but the Third Season can represent the entire series.

Wait For The End!!
10 December 2005
Once Upon A Time In Mexico is good, but not as strong as Desperado. Our hero, El Mariachi (Antonio Banderas) barely has any lines. Throughout the movie we forget this talented actor is the star of the movie. The explosive action is incredible, and including Sands (Johnny Depp) is the only thing worth raving about. Depp's role is actually the best part of this movie. Salma Hayek's role has been chopped to flashbacks, so there is not a lot of crazy Action and Romance between Banderas and her. You want Antonio Banderas to save the day and he does, but this Sequel did not give him that fire. Eva Mendes is in about 4 scenes but does a great job including the rest of the cast (Ruben Blades, Cheech Marin, Mickey Rourke, Willem Dafoe, and Enrique Iglesias). It would have been nice to hear some hot new songs from Enrique Iglesias for the soundtrack but I am more than satisfied with Salma Hayek's "Siente Mi Amor". It is an incredible Spanish track, worth watching the entire credits!

Rock Me, Baby (2003–2004)
BEST SHOW ON UPN
22 November 2003
It's true that ROCK ME BABY is getting really low ratings, but I don't care. DAN CORTESE is funny in this new show, as he was in Veronica's Closet. Lots of good jokes. My favorite episode so far is "A Pain In Aspen". UPN needs to promote ROCK ME BABY more. It's one of the Best New Shows... that nobody is watching.
