The Twilight Zone (2019–2020)

A magnificent franchise RUINED! MANGLED!
5 July 2022
I was looking forward to a new reboot. When it first aired on CBS All Access, I gave it a fair chance by watching the pilot. After the rash of two incidents of foul language, I quit! A few months later, I decided to give it another chance. So, I watched the second episode. No better. Even worse. Foul language galore.

Last night, I watched the Point of Origin episode, it was okay until I heard what rhymes with 'brother trucker.' That was the last straw. That cemented my instincts that this reboot is nothing but stinking garbage.

What made this new batch of writers, production crew think that free-range of profanity would make a great show better?

Three variations (the original, the 1980s CBS reboot, and the UPN version) were void of crude profanity and they WORKED!! Like it's said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

This reboot is disgusting and a disgrace to Rod Serling's legacy. I think the people that made this CBS All Access version wanted to make an R-Rated version because if it were on CBS All Access they could go wild on the profanity.

Frankly all two seasons of this reboot should be in a bonfire, incinerated, destroyed once and for all!

I wanted to give this show a zero star rating, but a rating was required. Officialy, I give this entire series zero stars.

The Addams Family (1964–1966)
Pure Genius And Ahead Of Its Time
7 June 2004
This show had it ALL--the original thinking man's unconventional humor, sex appeal, the breaking and questioning of the conventions of conformity as well as looking at the world in a unique, offbeat frame of mind!! This show perfected the genre of "looking at the world from the opposite side of the lense."

Innovative, without a doubt--the one-liners, sight gags, catch phrases!

Carolyn Jones and John Astin were the consummate performers in every way--the sex appeal, the humor, the acting ability, their natural chemistry.

You just couldn't help but feel sorry for Lurch though. No matter what happens, he opts for the misery.

Night Court, Get Smart and The (1964) Addams Family--The perfect trio!

"Molly' is a wonderful film!! Elisabeth Shue turns in a memorable and poignant performance as an autistic woman. This movie explores the whole spectrum of wonder, excitement, pain and triumph! I've seen "Benny & Joon' and this film is truly another delight.

Elisabeth Shue is wonderful as Molly. This is a perfect movie that showcases Elisabeth's full range of acting talent.

WELL DONE!!!
