Superman Returns (2006)
A fine film finally back on the big screen!
After waiting all my childhood to see another superman movie on the silver screen, it was definitely worth the wait. After more than a decade of development hell, the project finally got off the ground and took flight. As i heard the news of this, i was in usual disbelief, but not only was it real it was unreal that Bryan Singer was taking the helm of the man of steel, now you know that the movie was in good hands if his name is attached! Sitting in the theater I couldn't help but smile through the whole movie, it was a pretty long smile! Brandon Routh was fantastic, he surpassed my expectations, Kevin Spacey added just what Lex Luthor lacked in the original films and of course my hometown Sydney Australia acted as the backdrop for Metropolis. A 2 1/2 hour fun ride finally here for our turn to enjoy, as well generating a new fan base for the younger viewers. Nothing negative about this film, sure as hell looking forward to the next one =)
Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002)
Best Star Wars Yet!!
Well here we are again with another good, no I'll rephrase that, the best Star Wars film made yet. This film has it all but I have to admit there were a couple of minor flaws but I won't hold that against this film. This new chapter is far better than The Phantom Menace and in fact comparing clones to the first episode they are 2 completely different styled movies. Ewan McGregor and the rest of the cast lead a victory especially a certain Jedi Master to triumph over evil. I highly recommend this film to all ages unless you get traumatized after seeing aliens with more than one pair of arms then go see it.
Savage Garden: Superstars and Cannonballs: Live and on Tour in Australia (2000)
Outstanding show from the boys from Brisbane
This is one of the best concerts I have seen. Not only do I own this video but I was at their performance here in Sydney. Great music and an excellent light show on the stage made the performances even better. After the concert performance on the video, there's a half hour documentary based what's behind the scenes of their Australian tour, if you're a Savage Garden fan then you shouldn't miss it!
