ain`t so bad , ain`t so bad!!

The final chapter in the history of Rocky Balboa describes rocky having problems,

He returns home from Russia , only to find out during some failed buisiness all his money has been lost by his accontant. He has also suffered brain damage during his fights , and his boxing days are over.

A young star , Tommy Gunn comes to Rocky and asks for training. Together they team up and lead Tommy to victories. But tommy chanches his passion for glory as boxing promotor George Washington promises him a shot at the title.

he abandons Rocky, wins the title but the people dont see him as the new Rocky. Tommy is frustrated and know he must beat Rocky to earn the peoples respect. When Tommy taunts Rocky and hits Paulie , Rocky knows he must fight once more. This time Rocky doesnt fight in the ring, but he challence Tommy to a streetfight.

This was a OK ending to the rocky saga. It was a little bit slow , and its bad that Rocky no longer is in the ring himself , but a Ok movie overall

Rocky IV (1985)

underestimated movie

Well , here we go again

Rocky 4 is another movie in the rocky saga

The plot goes like this

Apollo and Rocky has now become friends after apollo trained rocky to win the title . Now a extreme russian man (Ivan Drago 6"6 ,261 pounds ) enters the boxing world. Apollo wants to meet (and beat) this man in a show fight . He believes he can do it although he quit boxing almost five years ago .

He is wrong very wrong . Apollo is hurt very badly in the first round. He tells rocky not to stop the match , and the price he has to pay is his life. He is killed by Drago in the second round . Rocky blames himself for not have stopped the fight and promise himself the revenge his friend. He gives up his title, and goes to train in russia , for a match against drago. His training is old-fashioned , like chopping woods, climbing mountains and with help from his friends , Paulie, his wife Adrian and Tony Duke, Apollos former trainer . Drago prepares himself for the fight in a top training center , and with anabolic steroids

when its time for match , they both are in top condition , and it is just a question who wants it most....

Most people doesnt like this movie they say its unrealistic . the fact that drago hits 2150 pounds is perhaps totally unrealistic , but if you see this facts more close they tell you that a average boxer hits 700. Drago hits 3 times harder than a normal boxer , is Rocky a average boxer? hmmmm

I think this is a great movie , it not my favourite rocky movie Rocky -76) , but it has some great moments. The training scenes (best in series), they put in some humor with Drago as the new challenger and the music is great "livin in America, Eye of the tiger, its a man against man , burning heart " Also good acting by Stallone as usual.

An underestimated movie that is enjoyable and fun to watch when Rocky faces his worst opponent ever. . This is a good movie , and i recommend it . It goes the distance with the other Rocky movies

7.5/10
