The second best Bond movie
27 February 2007
Casino Royale was my favourite but A View To A Kill has everything you want in a Bind movie. Gun Fights, A car chase (while it may be humorous), a beautiful Bond Girl, an evil Bond villain, who in my opinion holds the movie together perfectly, and the villains assistant who would scare the living daylights out you. I don't understand all the bad reviews, while it may have taken some elements from Goldfinger, I believe it is better than Goldfinger. The theme song is defianlty the best, sung by Duran Duran, it's the perfect rock song. It was Roger Moore's last film, the end of an era, but in his last outing, he goes out with a band.

Definite must see for action fans.

5 out of 5 stars.

Ice Age 2: The Meltdown (2006 Video Game)
10/10
One of the best
22 May 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This game is one of the best children's games to come out since The Incredibles : The Official Movie of the Game. Don't despair that you can't go any of the main characters in the movies, but you can play them in fun mini games including the Water Slide part from Ice Age 2 The Meltdown.

You play as Scrat, the saber-toothed squirrel trying desparatly to find some acorns, but always seems to fail but in the game he generally gets them because of just luck.

Overall, an excellent movie that is consistent with the movie in its own story. It may have some mild violence in it, but that still doesn't make it bad because if you've seen the Ice age Movies then its all right.

Get it now for your children!

A definite must see!
3 May 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is one of the greatest movies there is! It starts with the children being evacuated during World-War 2 and taken to the strange home of Professer Kirke, where they find a wardrobe which is the entrance to the magical land of Narnia where they must fight for its freedom with the aide of the lion leader Aslan. Great stuff. The actors and actresses play their parts perfectly, particularly the Pevensies, the White Witch and Professor Kirke. The special effects are also a highlight in the movie, with a amazing backgrounds, sets and amazing battle scenes, creatures and costumes.

A definite must see for anyone who is looking for a good film!

A great family comedy which recaptures the magic of the first one
23 April 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the best family comedys I have ever seen, maybe the best! The original cast returns with a new family included. While some of the kids look a lot older they haven't lost their acting skills particularly ALYSON STONER, HILARY DUFF AND PIPER PERABO. Steve Martin brings his comedy genius back as well, Bonnie Hunt returns with hers and Eugene Levy makes this movie great. Go see this even if you haven't seen the first one, it re-introduces them anyway, even thought the first one was brilliant as well! Go see it! It deserves a sequel! It desereves better reviews than what some reviewers gave it. The worst review I seen was 1 star out of 5. It desereves better.

This is probably the best family comedy you'll ever get!

The best comedy I have ever seen
4 April 2006
Warning: Spoilers
An excellent family film with lots of humour, great story and great acting. It is within my top five films ( I will give them at the end of the comment) How anyone can give this a bad review is beyond me. It has 2 of my favourite actors, Will Ferrel and Zooey Deschanel. Will Ferrel does amazing at his portrayal of the clumsy, lovable elf and Zooey does well at her portrayal of the Department Store Tomboy who falls for the elf. All the performances were great but those 2 shown above the rest.

Lets hope there is a sequel!

Anyway here are my Top five

Serenity, Chronicles of Narnia, King Kong, Revenge of the Sith, Elf

The most horrible and violent movie I have ever seen.
4 April 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This comment does have spoilers

Batman Returns has got to be the most overrated movie I have ever seen. One of the main reasons why I hate it is because of the animal cruelty. In the beginning, the Penguin is born and his parents lock him in a cage, 2 seconds later, you see a cute cat going past the cage and you see the Penguin grabbing it and killing it, you hear the cats screams and crying out. It was just horrible.

Then halfway through the film, Catwoman is working for the Penguin and she eats his canary. What was the point in that?

Don't see this film if you love animals, in fact don't see it anyway because of the bad acting, bad story and bad special effects.

The best Sci-Fi Movie there is
4 April 2006
My favourite film of all time. Joss Whedon has created the best sci-fi film in years. Better than Star Wars and Star Trek, it has been hailed as the new Star Trek and Star Wars. Hope the sequels are as good as this one. Firefly, (the TV Series on which this is based is equally good and should never have been cancelled. The suits at Fox should be fired.

For all those who wish to see a great sci-fi movie, see this.

It may not have a big budget or a major cast but in their own way, this is the movie that everyone will enjoy.
