The Deep House (2021)
GREAT FOUND FOOTAGE !!
Came across this film by accident and decided to give it a go after reading the review saying it is a found footage concept. Underwater found footage is an interesting concept and I LOVED IT!! It is only towards the end you'll see the footage being dark on some parts, but I believe that is meant to be that way for realism. Plot, characters, cast, setting, props, all are phenomenal. If you're into found footage and thriller deep dive kinda films, definitely must give this a try.

Humdrum script
Honestly, the thing I found painstakingly unbearable is the script. I was unable to pay attention to the movie as it was so dull. The cast, setting, theme, all good. But the dull, annoying, (sometimes)insensitive, repetitive dialogue is what irritates me. Didn't bother to watch till the end.
The good: Setting, props, actors. The casts were good, but even the good acting wasn't enough to offset the bad script.
The storyline is quite dull too. But not bad enough to waste one's breath to rant on. If you're adventurous and don't care much of the script, give it a try.

Good movie, harrowing hijack
This is a movie for genre lovers who are into thrillers, aviation and aircraft hijack. If you are looking for quick blood curdling thrillers, this is not for you.
The movie starts out slow and steadily build its momentum. You'll begin to empathize with the pilot in the cockpit who is faced with the harrowing ordeal with life and death choices within his hands. Still, he maintains great professionalism. The only issue I have with this is that his overt calmness is to the point of slowed action / lacking urgency in response. I'd imagine hearing the air control response unit speaking to you on the radio, you'd jump on the opportunity to respond and update the team on what's happening. Which he did, yet so painstakingly slow, absent of panic and urgency. Absence of panic is good as it shows his professionalism and calm demeanor, but often, he is slow to react to the radio which I personally felt frustrating to watch. The only time we see him panic and showing sense of urgency is when someone he cared for had been held hostage. The character that deserves appreciation is Vedat (Omid Memar). I say, 70% of my emotional reaction perceived from this film is attributed to him. He is a fantastic cast for the role.

Horrible show
The first episode itself was a bad first impression. Continued on to the next episodes and it did not get better. Too much confusing scene jumps. I can sense the editor might have tried too hard to fit everything into the episode duration. Result = confusing viewers. 'Less significant' basic scenes/backstory had been cut out too much.
Plot holes, Bad Writing, Mediocre acting, Cliche Scenes and Cliche Lines.
Not worth the watch. Don't waste your time on this.
