Species II (1998)
The slowest humans move
All of the people who tried to save the earth from the alien were super duper slow. Its enjoyable the same time its too dramatic.
NCIS: Los Angeles: Ninguna Salida (2018)
The worst role model in NCIS
Seriously? All the hustle bustle of guns, threats, and the dismissal of The Great Deeks were done just for a kid whose mother is the most dominant and horrible person in NCIS? As a grown-up woman, she had no right to sort out her own priorities just like that. This kind of story doesn't bring the #girlpower and #womenunite spirit onto the surface. This kind of story shows some disrepects to your senior and your cowokers who are also your friends/homies/teammates. I'm a huge fan of this series. As a fangirl, I hope this story doesn't exist in the future
I Still See You (2018)
Great.
Great plot, huge potential. But Bella Thorne? As a longtime Disney huge fan, I disagree with the choice. They could have hired Sophie Turner or other Disney actresses such as Madison Pettis and Peyton List.
The Bone Collector (1999)
To all the girls out there...
Don't be like Amelia. Be brave. Get yourself out there. You may have the trauma, but we must cope with that and show ourself that we can overcome the pain. As an audience, I stand for equality not one-sided love with a side-eye. You must take lessons from the people around you and yourself. Therefore, we can stand out and survive.
Happy Together (2018)
I thought this was a Korean show.
I know you tried to enhance the equality in Hollywood, but somehow people need more than just a name and characters. I'm Asian and i'm also sick and get bored of another Asian show with the same plot, name, and characters over and over again. This is a film industry! Be creative but don't overdo it. Hallmark has done it so much better without the forcefully laugh out loud wannabe Monday shows kind of thing. And the Korean show with the same name is also on another level. That's because they don't get too hyped up on the idea of bringing a popstar to your kitchen. Harry Styles knows better than putting on a show like this.
Nancy Drew (2019)
Where has Nancy Drew gone?
If Hollywood had wanted to renew Nancy Drew and putted on a modern and dark twist on it, they should have contained great plots and characters to separate audiences in two; fans of good ol' Nancy Drew and fans of cool vibe Nancy Drew.
The Nancy Drew I know is vibrant, clever, and optimistic. Life is in the tip of her hands. She is a great example of a girl who will never back down and always helps the people around her. She is classy and intuitive. Her team is flawed but they complete each other.
The recent Nancy Drew might destroy that image. The team always play safe and counts on the diner as their main hub; which is always empty. The town is quaint yet they show the same plots; corrupted here and there, rich families that been living for generations, and no diversity. Hallmark has already been up for that.
The audiences have the highest expectations and Hollywood doesn't need to play safe anymore.
Coin Heist (2017)
More diversity and fast talkers please. Killed off the movie vibe
The movie is great. The soundtracks are great. The trailer is great. The casts are great. But the characters killed the casts in less than 2 hours. They should have made it right without the slow dialogues and the less-initiative characters. It's like the audiences are missing the good parts while the story continues. This should have been thrilling, fun, and endeavour-type of movie, but the school contains of the "same" people who look useless in the background. No full ambience creates a certain emotion in every scene. Even with the teachers itself. All look the same. All show the same expressions. Like we have to process everything while they are interacting with one another. It's about time for movie like "this" to bring out the good differences. No stereotypes needed, just toss the diversity in. Did Hollywood ever learn from the past? There musts be a reason why they created the movie and I hope they learn thoroughly from it, especially a novel adaptation. It could be a disaster or a savior, one way or another. And this movie should have been a savior.
