I enjoyed the movie a lot watched it in 2012 when I came out and my opinion still hasn't changed after rewatching. It does have its flaws the narration can be kinda annoying at sometimes but the story is good better than the walking with dinosaurs narration tbh.

When I was younger I remember seeing this film and being absolutely horrified and scared out of my mind for years I wondered did it even exist and after 5 years of searching I found it this movie still scares the absolute living shot out of me. The animation along with the music and sounds is very unnerving for me.

I didn't like that most of the characters changed a bit I felt that they could have portrayed a little more to the story but did have great acting. I would recommend over the 2018 version but I would strongly recommend reading the book and prefer the book over this.

The plot of the movie was all over the place terrible acting and just the movie had me all twisted I had just read the book with a friend of mine to help her in school and I wanted to compare the book to the movie if I could give this 0 stars I would to be honest I would prefer the book over this pile of garbage any day. Would not recommend.
