Loving Never Forgetting (2014)
A beautiful story.
I think this is a beautiful story. The lead male in the story begins to see the family he always wanted for himself play out in the story. He seems fascinated with the mothering the female lead gives to their son. He is wise not to stop it as the story progresses. The female lead gives their son the mothering the lead male had sorely missed in his life, which changes his life. I think he not only falls in love with the female lead, but also the little family the mother and son make out of hardship, falling in love also with his father role, as he begins to be the father to the son that he never experienced growing up. I think he also sees the flaws he has in maintaining relationships.
There is a lot of psychology in this story. There are everyday saviors that pass thru our lives, leaving us forever changed. There are people who are catalysts for change and improvement in others, ... if allowed. The mother plays into this role quite well.
Well-acted. Full of excellent reflection of real emotions. There are story characters that one can totally identify with, moving the story deeper into your heart.
The Lost Husband (2020)
Watching it for the second time. Love this movie.
- "The Lost Husband" depicts the absolute joy of living in the country, including the deep friendship one finds with the land, the sky and animals.
- I adored the depiction of the horrors of public schools we are experiencIng at the present time. Public schools attempt to dubiously rule the family. However most states have provisions in their state Constitutions that states it is the parents that rightfully rule over public schools. "It takes a village to raise a child" is a quote said by a very, very questionable, child-hating and untrustworthy source, Hillary Clinton (and i am a democrat). Public schools need to be totally revamped. Private school of no more than ten children is the ultimate way to educate these days
- Love, gaining it and losing it, is a process, an internal process. Letting go of love involves lots of reflection, lots of ego-deflating remorse. This was clearly demonstrated in the movie.
- I have not read the book. However, after seeing the movie, i am likely to read it.
- I dont trust published critics. their assessments lack deep thought. They dont reflect the deep emotional impact of movies.
