The Blacklist: The Bear Mask (2022)
Loved this character driven episode! Go Aram!
I loved it! Any character driven episode where we can see more insight into the mind of a beloved character ( in this case Aram) is of interest to me. The mystery of the story did still move along..not every episode is going to be an in your face action packed answer. I am grateful that Amir Arison in his role as Aram was able to show the depths of his acting- in this I think -very emotional self analysis of his psyche. He has immeasurable guilt in his own verdict , which is helped to balance itself by his conversation with himself and a hallucination of Samar. We still got to see glimpses of a very healthy looking Reddington ...so I loved this episode. Not a filler episode at all to me. I will be doing a rewatch tomorrow!
The Blacklist: Victoria Fenberg (No. 137) (2020)
Really?!
What is this? We've actually waited three months for this? You've got to be kidding me. As a diehard Blacklist fan I have spent 3 months re watching all the episodes analyzing Raymond Reddington trying to find out who he really is. Those episodes were witty, intelligent, full of mystery, and a constant surprise of warmth.
This was just blah blah blah. First of all Aram..who is he now? totally out of character. Actually he grosses me out. And then Raymond is wayyyy too giddy..almost like he's losing it. And then to top it all off. ....The two part episode ..yes 2 hours we have been promised..nope only 1... and then dateline?... wow I hope next week redeems itself. Or I'm a fan lost forever.
