I Came By (2022)
Unoriginal
Poor script, not convincing characters and twists, overall a bad movie. There's at least five mainstream movies with the same type of plot, so no wonder this one results as a boring one. It's pretentious, tries to be a thriller with embedded progressive subjects, but ends up being so predictable it's hard to watch it in one sitting. It isn't thrilling, enlighning nor entertaining. There is fair acting, but the characters and story are so one dimensional that everyone looks bad. Sad to see Hugh Bonneville choosing to be in this one, to be honest he was the reason I gave it a chance, his acting skills deserve much better scripts.
Billions: Beg, Bribe, Bully (2020)
So sad to see a great show go to waste
Billions is biting its tail, it was already like that in Season 4, but they managed to make it pasable. I don't see that happening this season, the best characters are totally charmless and boring now, and they are all stuck in the same looping conflicts over and over. Axe's new rival seems totally plain, nothing really new and original is happening and dull characters are gaining momentum... so far the worst three episodes of the whole series, and no signs of improving. How sad for what used to be an awesome show.
Countdown (2019)
So bad it's bad.
Best way to describe it is it's like a (really) bad mash-up of the ideas behind "The Ring", "Final Destination" and "It follows" among others. Unoriginal, boring and full of cliches, it's not even funny. Acting is terrible and the script is even worse, it's one of those movies you quit after 10 minutes if you're not in the movie theater. Don't waste your time.
