Walker: Independence (2022–2023)

Easy watch. Don't think, just watch.
4 December 2022
It's got Kat McNamara and hot guys, what more do you need to sell you on this show? I was afraid this would be depressing, dark, stressful and too suspenseful, but it's surprisingly funny and light hearted. I don't hate anyone to the point of no return so far.

It's pretty much what you would expect from a CW show (acting is much better than some of the other ones...iykyk). Feels like the early seasons of vampire diaries. I don't watch Walker, but I can still follow the characters here. Also, did I mention Kat McNamara is the lead? Happy to see her back on my screen!

Hope there's a lot more to come!!

Can we get vampire fed?
12 October 2022
They should've ran the show around the actor that decided to become a fed. Nothing against neicy nash but it's so awkward watching her trying to lead a show. Every time she's on screen, it's cringey, not only because of the boobs but the crap she does and says. There's no connection to the lead, if they killed her character off the next episode, the show will go on. It might even make it more compelling, the other rookie will have to figure it out and a new rookie can get assigned but it'll be a spy for that chick trying to take the team down. I gave the show two stars because we got some extra screen time of chenford.

Underwhelming
17 July 2021
I like Tom's Loki in the movies so I was pretty excited about the show. But too much of a good thing is sometimes just too much. The show goes around in circles and spends six episodes on a story that could have been done in one two hour movie.

Elizabeth Keen is the worst
11 October 2020
Almost through the second season and as far as cop shows go, this one is a great watch so far. Reddington is badass and I like the side hustle he's got going while the FBI is investigating cases. Liz Keen is the worst though. Watch the show and you'll understand why.

I'm trying

Warning: Spoilers
Definitely different from the traditional Arthurian tales, which makes the characters confusing because they use the same names. Maybe if I read the book first, the show might make a little more sense. Disappointed in how underwhelming Merlin is. Only on the second episode and hoping things start to pick up but finding it quite challenging to get behind any of these characters. The weeping monk so far is the only character that I don't hate right now.
