Hamilton (2020)
A masterpiece and life changing experience
A while back me and my niece, Acerola, took a roadtrip to Chicago to go see Hamilton: An American Musical. We had some trouble getting there since Acerola kept getting distracted by the beauty of Chicago (We had to bring our pokemon along with us so they kept distracting us as well). However, it was one of the best experience I've ever had with musical theatre. Recently with the quarantine, me and Acerola decided to introduce this musical to my son, Guzma. We all watched it together on Disney+ (Since we're not time-travelers and I can finally afford to get a month of it) and he actually really enjoyed it. Every now and then I find myself humming "Satisfied" and not even realizing it. My favorite character was Thomas Jefferson. Putting that pain Alexander in his place. Anyhow I recommend this show to anyone who has Disney+.
Kuroshitsuji (2008)
As an older man, I find this anime really good
Since me, my son, and my niece have been quarantined together for the past 4 months, we all decided to watch this show together. Ended up finishing it within about a day and a half and now my niece is absolutely obsessed with it. My niece is so obsessed with this show that she "kins" the main characters, Ciel and Sebastian or something like that (I don't know I'm a 47 year old man). The comedy in the show is sometimes mediocre but my son thought most of the jokes were pretty funny. I would recommend it to anyone who likes black-comedy and mysteries like Sherlock Holmes. However only rating it 8 stars because of the jokes and the scene with the nun.
Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper (2004)
Extremely well written and a cinematic masterpiece
I recently came in contact with this movie when I went to visit my niece's aether paradise pop-up hospital. Ended up watching the whole thing while she played with the two kids she adopted (she's twelve). I really enjoyed Erika's voice and I found Annalisa's motivation to pursue a career in science really heartwarming. To make it even better they had a double wedding at the end. Only rating it 9 stars however because the animation was a bit choppy at times but that could be because of my niece's broken spongebob TV I watched it on.
