Reacher (2022– )

Reacher really slow burner!

Not having seen the movies I opted for the TV show instead.

I found the whole series rather slow pace and direction a bit sluggish.

Character building is obviously what they went for with regards to how the episodes played out.

The fight scenes were great and some action scenes to be entertaining.

As for characters I found them to be rather dull and uninteresting if I he honest.

Jack Reacher character was rather wooden in performance in some of the episodes and found him rather one dimensional.

They could have made this on a shorter run but they tried to stick faithful to the book so we got a longer dragged out series.

I wasn't overblown by this series as a whole and doubt I would watch season 2 judging by this first dull season.

Shadey (1985)

Weird but entertaining movie cult classic

This is a rare cult classic part drama, part comedy and all out bonkers forgotten gem.

The acting through out is a joy to watch and was shocked how this didn't do way better in its day.

The over all story is a psychic needing money for a sex change to being a woman uses a source to do so without giving to much away.

This movie was way ahead of its time and if you get the chance to watch this movie do so.

The Voyeurs (2021)

Awful and Outrageous Cheap Hitchcock romp Knock-Off

If you gave this movie more than 2 stars you must be easily pleased. Cheap Hitchcock romp Knock-Off just begging for it to be put out of its misery after the first act. Acting was mediocre and Ben Hardy must have thought he had hit the jackpot getting his kit off with all these beauties. Sadly he was dealing with a stiff script with plenty of plotholes.

Overall the acting from most of the actors were mediocre looking bored stiff just picking up a paycheck.

The ending was so bad it stank. It was way over the top for it was trying to achieve.

Very disappointed.

Time Warp (1981 TV Movie)

Weak Comedy and Weak Plot!

Started off with the worst Sci-fi effects I have seen from Hollywood.

Plot line is Pee Wee Herman would be character as an astronaut who is as funny as treading in dog excrement.

Adam West playing a cartoon baddie guy who causes the mayhem in which the unfunny poor astronaut finds out through meteor shower mishap he lands back on earth a year later where nobody can see him which is never explained in the movie.

The other characters are just so unfunny like the priest and the seance woman who give very little to the comedy proceedings.

The little boy is the funniest thing character in the movie.

Overall it's a real dud of a movie and I gather Steven Spielberg sister had written this garbage so I am surprised she never ran the script past her brother who would have said look Sis this script is gonna be my next toilet paper sheets.

Embarrassing movie and the parrot scene is the worst scene I have had to watch in a very long time.

1/10 Give this turd fest a miss and 1981 wasn't a year for good TV comedy movies.
