Hereditary (2018)
Crazy AF
Yup, super scary. I think there were a few random things that might be scary for scary sake, but maybe a 2nd watch will have it make more sense.
Big (1988)
Tommy Hanks
Tom Hanks should do more comedy. This one really pulled on the heart strings for sure.
The Martian (2015)
Real life
I feel like in real life, even with nice people in the world, they would just leave him there. Too much money to spend saving one person. Think of all the other people on Earth in worse situations.
Gravity (2013)
Visuals are great
I didn't really like surreal parts when George comes back, back visuals alone in the this alone make it great. Great CGI!
Toast of London (2012)
Very funny stuff
I don't think this is for everyone, but if it's the kind of humour you like, then you probably love this show a lot!
Your Friends and Neighbors (1998)
Disturbing
How do more people not know about this movie? Was it popular when it came out? This is one of those films that you still think about days later.
The Santa Clause (1994)
Franchise
Would have not guessed this would become a franchise. I don't like Christmas movies too much, but I remember as a kid thinking this was good, not so much now. But that's probably cause I'm not a kid anymore.
The Control (2018)
Good story
Had this obscure film recommended to me online. Seemed very low budget for sure. But the story is pretty crazy, never seen so many directions. Was entertaining just to try to follow along.
Strange Days (1995)
Underrated
Underrated for sure. Ahead of it's time, yes! Kathryn Bigelow is one of the best filmmakers working, period. Look at her body of work.
Titanic (1997)
Underrated?
Hold on. Think about it. I know it's one of the most popular films ever. But don't hate it because of that. Think about how well it worked and how so many people from different parts of the world love it. Also, James Cameron!
Primer (2004)
This!
This is the kind of thing a film should be and do. More like this please? Recommendations?
Election (1999)
1999
1999 must be the best year from films ever! This, The Matrix, Fight Club, American Beauty, Office Space. Do I need to go on?
Rollerball (2002)
Original was only okay
So I don't get it, the original was just okay, not even cult status. So why remake it? Also, reminded me Starlight Express!
