The Twilight Zone (1959–1964)
10/10
Iconic and essential for any Sci-Fi fan

And as Serling put it best, as timeless as infinity. I was hooked on reruns as a kid, and have grown up with the Twilight Zone being the golden standard for all things sci-fi. To this day, I still haven't found anything that can rival the pure genius of this series.

The Ray Bradbury Theater (1985–1992)
8/10
A bit of a rough start, but it's worth sticking with it!

The episodes of the first couple of seasons are a bit cringy, but the production gets better. I'm not sure if I would be as invested if I didn't know the stories, but as a huge Ray Bradbury fan, I really enjoy seeing his stories adapted to screen.

The Alfred Hitchcock Hour: The Jar (1964)
Season 2, Episode 17
10/10
Wonderful adaptation! For any Bradbury fan

Having watched many adaptations of Ray Bradbury across the decades, this episode stands out to me as one of my favorites. Hitchcock captures the atmosphere so well, and the cast is perfect. Collin Wilcox is spectacular as always, and steals the show.

Too many live tarantulas killed on set. Might've been worth a watch without that amount of animal cruelty

It was a bad movie, but not bad-funny enough to make it worth it. I love me a good bad movie with insects or arachnids, but there were so many living tarantulas visibly killed on screen that I just couldn't appreciate it.

It's like a campy sequel to THEM! I love it!

I absolutely love this movie and would highly recommend if you're looking for something fun to watch! There are only two or three clips of ants that are consistently overlaid and recycled and it just gets funnier every time. Not sure if this is quite what H. G. Wells saw in his mind, but so happy it exsists!
