7th Secret (2022)
For Church Goers
This movie underscores the following, as long as the universe has supplied mankind with an ample supply of bimbos, then dirty deeds must be done. It's that simple.
This poorly done student film has this soft porn thing going on. It's a reminder that a fine line exists between working in the adult film industry and producing female fantasy films.
This actress tries so hard to look innocent, they must have forced her to watch porn films to get the perfect "deer In headlights" look on her face.
To be perfectly honest, I tend to wonder what is in the mind of actresses like this knowing her father and relatives will watch this movie.
Maybe that's part of their own real life fantasy...behaving like a naughty girl for the world to see!! This is called therapy, not a performance.
The Divide (2011)
Crazy people
This movie of random crazy people says nothing about the apocalypse. But we can all pretend this is a story.
Where are the black people? The white guys all look the same. No on goes to the bathroom? The beans never run out?
Someone forgot to bring the script to the set. Well, this movie was classified as suspense horror I could not identify either.
Have you ever watched a movie and you were happy that it was over? Two of the people shirts didn't even have any wrinkles until the latter part of the movie😂
You can always tell who the Director might be sleeping with in these kind of movies because there's one character who's treated unusually well.
I think the people in the silver suits got bored in the movie too, and left the set.
Shortcut (2020)
Black Man Dies 1st...Again!
Producers like to show white people surviving the same horrors that kill a black person first in the movie. Films repeat this theme of the black person in the cast dying first to suggest that people of color are responsible for their own fate. Good humor!
Somehow the white people are shown to always outsmart the monster or threat, at least temporarily. Right.
This theme is baked into hundreds of films as the writers fantasize about there own heroism. It's similar to The Girl immediately being attracted to The Guy as the ultimate fantasy where even the need to be cool is not needed. What a joke!
Kindred (2022)
Kindred Lost in Race Identity
Movies which are based in antebellum South are often based on assumptions of hopelessness. The other cliche is the characters are often blamed for their own fate as a subtle point of suspicion intent.
While the series is watchable it's hard not to recognize these films where the black slaves can never "get it together" and simply grimace and argue and fight among each other.
A pattern which resonates as a lame excuse for brutal behavior and torture of Americans.
As if to suggest " if they were smarter" they could use brooms against guns and horses and money.
It also has to depict black suffering on camera as the same old scenes we've been watching for 40 years.
This is why Black Wall Street was kept a secret. It is a threatening and truthful account of real black intellectual progress.
Kindred, features an impotent white male as a character who simply stands by as a spectator, while he witnesses antebellum slavery? Ok. I've seen Lovecraft. Why watch this?
Assault on VA-33 (2021)
Producers Insulting to Black Audience
All of the BLACK PEOPLE IN THIS MOVIE ARE PORTRAYED AS STUPID AND IGNORANT. Since the Black Lives Matter Movement there are a number of Hollywood films that disrespect black actors by forcing them to play stupid unintelligent buffoons.
THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MOVIES!!
Movie watchers please be on the lookout for these films. They insult black people! The writers like to make the white people look superior. Document your reviews. I am creating a documentary about these films.
The most insulting is the disrespect given to black police officers and military personnel.
Hollywood has always liked to promote propaganda about making judgements about people of color in the military. They force black actors to defend the military while our ancestors were terrorized right here in the United States? The producers and writers may not have High School Educations. Not a spoiler Alert.
The black General of course has a white wife which is another slight of hand by these writers and producers. Are they punishing a black General of the US in this movie for having a white wife?
That's what they do. Watch lots of movies where all interracial relationships are punished and white people are ALWAYS the heroes? What BS.
Boot Camp (2008)
The White Cast does not get abused
In this film I found it interesting why the producers decided that the only black actor and on camera principle would be the only one who was abused.
In other words the main guy running the abusive camp was presented as having no incidents of abusing women in the camp.. a narcissist?
It's a shame when the filmmakers sympathize with those who look like them. And are completely indifferent to those roles of actors that do not.
The plot makes the young black girl admit to things she has done (sexually). That none of the other (white) girls have to confess. What's weird is the young black girl looks 13 which questions the filmmakers motives.
The 24th (2020)
The 24th
Sure the writing was not the best, and the acting was probably affordable for a tight budget. That said Black Rebellion films are a new genre and for this reason it's a great effort. It's already been said, the content is difficult to see, but how long has the black audience watched slave beatings?
The production looking a bit independent is fine, but my issue is this certain rebellion. We can assume it was chosen due to the fact it may appeal to polarize the right to rebel in the midst of terrorism. . It seems to follow a trend I'm seeing which sensationalizes black male frustration, leaving out the more intelligent resourceful characters. Characters who have become well recognized in white culture historical films. The great looking charismatic guy who gets the girl and win. They've made it up so let's make movies too.
It's a trend to imply subtly that black men who are inclined to fight with each other don't know how to unite and therefore unworthy. If this is what it takes to please the general market audience, then I accept the price must be paid. But we all know there are plenty of unquestionable Black Hero stories waiting to be told.
