Grand Designs New Zealand (2015– )

Great show, bad presenter

The show itself is great if you can bare through Chris' unwanted judgement and opinions on the builds.

He could learn a bit by watching the original Grand designs in the UK where the presenter stays neutral all of the way through the build and always coming in positive at the end.

This show is absolutely amazing, great concepts and fantastic cinematography.

But by crikey does the host have far too many opinions he should've kept to himself

This shows not a competition. It's about following a journey, not judging these people on what they've done right or wrong.

Any time people strayed a bit further away from a restoration and more towards an alternation he started weighing in as if it's the end of the world and doesn't meet the shows requirements all while these restorations are generally on really tight budget constraints.

Get a new host that keeps his opinions to himself, minus the host. The show is 9/10.
