Boulder Wham! (1965)
Why?
The coyote fell off of the cliff about six times. If he was able to survive these falls and to climb back up to the top, then why didn't he just climb up to the other side of the gorge where the roadrunner has been standing? It was pretty comical, and perhaps it was the point.
Overall, cartoon was okay, nothing to write home about though.
Crossroads (2002)
I enjoyed it!
I thought Britney's acting was okay. I only recall one instance that she had trouble with her lines, and that was when her father came to the motel to take her home. But overall, I had fun watching this. Great music, nice scenic cross-country driving, and girls partying! My favorite part though is when Britney was dancing on her bed to Madonna's "Open Your Heart To Me". But I'm a guy, and I fell that this is the type of movie guys will enjoy more than girls. Another thing I liked about the movie was that it dealt with real-life situations, though immoral as they may be.
For those who haven't seen this, it appears to be a cross between "Coyote Ugly" and "Duets". If you like any of these, then you will probably like "Crossroads".
Vanilla Sky (2001)
A bit confusing
Since this is a movie about dreams and reality, I had to review several segments to get a better understanding of it. Because this movie was so unusual, it was brought up as a butt of a joke on the latest FX episode of "Son of the Beach". And what happened at the very end of the movie, I knew it was going to happen! So predictable! But overall, not a bad movie. This is my personal feeling, but if I were David, I would have definately stuck with Julie (Cameron Diaz). She was crazy, but she was so hot!!! And he never would have suffered that disfiguration, where he had to wear a mask.
Bugged by a Bee (1969)
Mediocre cartoon
Not one of these cartoons that I would see again and again. With the help of the bee, Cool Cat scores a touchdown, but only after running out-of-bounds several times and in-and-out of the football stadium. This was somewhat funny, but other than that, it is no match for most of the classic Bugs Bunny toons.
High Diving Hare (1949)
The greatest!!
I love this cartoon!! Like how Sam shoots of his guns and how the audience clap to the beat before the show is supposed to start. And when Bugs becomes forced to dive, it gets even better, as Sam himself becomes the star-of-the-show instead.
My Bunny Lies Over the Sea (1948)
Is this for real?
There were too many holes-in-one on this golf match, and it is uncharacteristic of Bugs Bunny not to know that opponents must spot their balls on the green before he is to putt. Funny was the part when Bugs was disguised as an old Scotsman property owner.
